Mallika David, an international student hailing from New Delhi, approached me to design her Vice Presidency campaign for Calvin College's Student Senate. We decided to veer away from most Senate campaigns and do a type treatment instead of the usual candidate's headshot being used on all materials. As a happy and surprising result, she won her campaign, along with having the most votes recorded for the ballots, surpassing the President's votes.
